What does Free include?
Five quick checks a month in the Ask Carmen web app, with no card. It does not include Carmen Monitor, Email or Guardian, or the 650 monthly credits.
Does screening use credits?
No. Carmen Monitor, Carmen Email and Carmen Guardian screen automatically, without limit, and never use credits. Credits are only for the checks you choose to run.
What happens when I run out?
Any packs you bought are used next. After that, extra credits are half a cent each, billed in arrears, but only if you have turned overage on. Screening keeps running whatever happens to your credits.
How does Business billing work?
$9.99 a seat a month with no minimum, or $99.90 a seat a year. Every seat adds 650 credits to one pool the whole company shares.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Personal and Business start with 14 days free, and billing begins when the trial ends.
Is what I send used to train anything?
No. What you send is used only to answer you. When a domain or number turns out to be a scam, that fact can help the next person’s check. Your content is never used for that.
