Partners

Manage every client from one console.

Each client gets its own credit pool, you earn margin on every seat, and high risk alerts come to your own desk.

The partner console for Bluewater Managed IT: six client organisations, each with its seats in use, credits this month and open alerts
One alert, tagged with its client: High, closing wire instructions updated for the Maple St file, Harbor Point Title and Escrow

The partner console. Every name in it is fictional.

Three ways to partner.

Pick the one that fits how your people already reach you. Each one starts with a conversation.

  • One client's People page in the partner console: Harbor Point Title and Escrow chosen, 7 of 12 seats in use, 5 seats open, and the people who hold them

    Resell it

Sell business seats to each client, manage them from your console and earn margin on every seat.

  • The Northvale Bank app home with a card: Got a text that says it is us? Check a message. Checked by Carmen, powered by Backgrounder.

    Embed it

Add a scam check to your own app with the Builders API.

  • Carmen Guardian on a phone: a fake delivery text, likely a package delivery scam, with the recommended next step

    Offer it

The real partner console. Bluewater Managed IT and its clients are fictional.

Harbor Point Title and Escrow, chosen in the console: 4,930 of 7,800 credits left, 37% used
Lakeside Dental Group, chosen in the console: 3,860 of 5,200 credits left, 26% used
Two of Bluewater’s clients, each with its own pool. Every name is fictional.

Each client is kept separate.

  • Separate credit pools.

Each client’s credits stay with that client.
  • Separate settings.

People, admins and the alert address are set for each client.
  • Only you see every client.

Each client sees only its own account. You see all of them from your console.
  • Works with their email filter.

It sits behind the email filter they already have and does not replace it.

Partner questions

Talk to a person →

Ask about wholesale terms, pilots or white label.

Who can partner?

MSPs, insurers, banks, benefits brokers and member organisations. If people already trust you with their money, their policy or their computers, tell us who they are.

Is there a minimum?

No seat minimum. A client can start with one person. Business seats list at $9.99 a month, and your partner terms are set in your agreement.

How are we billed?

Monthly, per seat. We agree your wholesale terms with you before your first client goes live.

Can clients see each other?

No. Each client has its own people, its own pool and its own settings. Only you see across them, from your console.

Can it carry our brand?

A fully white labelled Carmen is on our roadmap. Ask us where it stands. Today, clients get their answers from Carmen through you.

What does a client need to start?

A list of the people to cover. Each person gets an invite, then connects their mailbox, their browser and, if they like, their phone.

Tell us who you look after.

  1. 1We read your application.
  2. 2We talk about whether it is a good fit.
  3. 3We run a pilot with your first client.

A person reads every application and replies with a plain answer.
